In the MindFIT Introduction course you will experience what it means to be mindful and that mindfulness meditation is a state of mind, which we can create and influence whenever we remind ourselves of it and become aware of the present experience. You will learn about the psychotherapy findings according the newest research and the famous concepts of Prof. Klaus Grawe and how we can use this knowledge to profit more of the meditation, making it effortless and playful, despite difficult situations, feelings and thoughts.
